Initial public offering up to 22,84,800 equity shares of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Luxury Time Limited ("LTL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs[*] /- per equity share (the "Offer Price"), aggregating to Rs[*] Crore ("The Offer"), comprising a fresh offer of up to 18,28,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs[*] Crore by the company ("Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of up to 4,56,000 equity shares by Mr. Ashok Goel and Mr. Pawan Chohan ("The Promoter Selling Shareholders") aggregating to Rs[*] Crore ("Offer For Sale"). Out of the offer, up to 2,14,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs[*] Crore will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of up to 20,70,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00/- each at an offer price of Rs[*] /- per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] Crore is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 27.68% and 25.08%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs78/- to Rs82/- per equity share of face value of Rs10/- each. The floor price is 7.8 times of the face value and the cap price is 8.2 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 3200 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter.
