Initial public offering of up to 23,500,000 equity shares of face value of Rs2 each ("Equity Shares") of Dev Accelerator Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs61# per equity share (including a share premium of Rs59 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs143.35 crores ("issue") comprising a fresh issue of up to 23,500,000 equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs143.35 crores ( "fresh issue").
