Initial public issue of upto 69,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating up to Rs[*] crores ("the issue"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 69,64,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs[*] lakhs ("fresh issue").
