Initial public offering up to 47,93,000 equity shares of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Anondita Medicare Limited ("Anondita" or "AML" or The "Company") for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share (The "Issue Price"), Aggregating to Rs[*] crores ("The Issue"). Out of the issue, 2,70,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
