Initial public offering of up to 24,300,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited ("the company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs165 per equity share (including a premium of Rs155 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating up to Rs400.95 crores ("issue"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 24,300,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs400.95 crores ("fresh issue"). The issue shall constitute [*] % of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. This issue includes a reservation of up to 20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each aggregating up to Rs0.33 crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital) for purchase by eligible employees (the "employee reservation portion").
