Initial public offering of 30,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Meson Valves India Limited ("MVIL" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs102/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs92/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs31.09 crores ("The Issue") of which 1,56,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs1.59 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 28,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs102/- per equity share aggregating to Rs29.50 croress ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.00% and 28.46% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each and the issue price is 10.2 times of the face value.
